Once you sign up for a shift you are responsible for that shift. This rule has been established so that we stay consistent & fair to the families that choose to hire workers to fill their credits, and so that we are not constantly making schedule changes based on added games and tournaments throughout the year.
If you need to change your scheduled time because of an added game or tournament you can do one of the following things to try to fill your shifts:
- Find someone to work for you, giving your credit to another family. Please notify the Concession Scheduler if another family will be working so we can make the change and the correct skater gets the credit for the shift.
- Post on the "Trade Shifts" tab. Notify the Concession Scheduler your need to post your shifts notifying others of your need to trade or release your shifts. We can post your shifts but ultimately you are responsible for filling those shifts if there is no trade. Please notify us if you work out a trade or give your shift to someone so we can update the schedule accordingly.
- Hire someone to work your shift for you. Names and phone numbers of people that will work for you are listed on the "Will Work 4U" tab. Make sure when you hire someone they sign in so you get the credit for working that shift.

If you miss a concession stand shift, $100 will be charged for each missed shift that will be taken out of your credit check or you can pay the amount owed to GBAYHA.
